Cloud keeps getting insanely powerful and unstoppable, and I really mean it as a cloud parallel user. So what if you could turn Cloud into a full AI marketing team that research, rise, analyze, and design all working together? So in this video, I want to step by step how to build this entire system from scratch inside CloudGo. Even if you're not technical, let's go. To design your first AI marketing team in Cloud, follow these four steps. Step one, map your marketing What marketing tasks you actually do every week? Step two, turn each we petable tasks into a skill. Ideally, one skill pro-welfloat. Step three, grip similar skills into non-overlapping agent roles. So you have dedicated and focused agent that produce better work. Step four, connect agents and skills as a team. Set up your project, so Cloud knows who is on a team, and when to use agents versus skill. So today we're building exactly that for a travel brand called Go Travel. Five agents, 12 skills, and we're using Cloud Code to build a whole thing. Of course, it might look different for your brand depending on your marketing focus, but the same concept apply. For now, there are three popular ways to use Cloud Code. Cloud Code, that's top where you just switch to Cloud Code from a take, an IDE, like VS Code, or Curse. Or a terminal which gives you the full power. So for this video, I'll be using VS Code, so we can see the files and folders side by side. So first, download VS Code, and then on VS Code, go to Extension. Search for Cloud Code, and install the one by anthropic official. So once installed, click the Cloud icon in your sidebar, lock in with your Cloud Plan account. It will open your browser for lock in, and you'll be good to go. All right, so I already set up the brand folder called Go Travel. And inside you can see, we have got soft photos for different departments, like sales, apps, and marketing. So think of it like how a real business organized at work. But today we're focused on the marketing folder. So inside we will set up two types of folder. So one I call the system folders, like contacts, SOP templates. Those are reusable by your AI agents. And then the working photos, like as pages, presentations, so when your agents produce work, everything goes here. Now a really important step is we need to first load some contacts inside the context folder. Like your brand voice guide, style guide, prod offerings, marketing strategy. So your agents are pretty quick things about your brand, and it will make the whole difference. So I want to useful file like the templates or SOPs. But away, this is what we're covering in our AI process and for marketing program, inside our community, where you will get all the templates and we go much deeper. So if you're interested, you can find the link below to join. Now open the project folder on VSCO. The very first step is to initialize this project by creating the Cloth.MD file. So this is basically the custom instructions for entire project. And you can let Cloth scan your folder and drive it for you. And immediately we have this Cloth.MD file created. But not we will keep updating this file. So it is not like a one-off process. Now another thing is to install the official scale. So these are the pre-built scale by Enthropic. So you can use it right away for your project. So first type the Slash command plugin. We're going to first add the official scale, get how we're positive, and then go back to plugin. Search for document scale and click install. Now if you type the Slash command and see all those scales, and that means you have successfully installed official scale pack. Alright, let's build our first marketing scales. Brain the deck scales that every marketing needs. And for this one we'll use what I call the reference base method. So you give Cloth examples or templates of what goods looks like and it's studied the patterns. Now let's build a great decoration scale that really follows your brain the template. You need two things. First is the brain the deck template. And indeed here understanding of how that template works. So inside the templates folder we already have an existing deck template. So this is the style that we want to plot to follow exactly. Then have Cloth analyzed this template first and the generate the analysis report. So it will come back with a really detailed analysis. Now we're ready to create a first scale. So we're going to also extend the official PowerPoint creation scale and generate a new branded deck scale based on the template and the analysis report. And immediately we have our first scale. So Cloth creates a new folder cost scale and underneath we have the branded deck scale containing the SS and references. Now whenever we want to create on branded slide decks we can just give it some background information and let Cloth to create. So in this case we wanted to create a campaign strategy deck for an upcoming summer campaign. So it will call the scale with just created and return a slide deck with 13 slides. And you can see it is following exactly the same brand presentation template we just see. Although some slides still need to fix like the margin, the charts, it is 90% done. And using this method you can include all the templates as well. Perhaps one for strategy deck, one for client reporting, one for product launches and Cloth will follow exactly that. Now that's your build your first scales, but there are so many other marketing use cases you could turn into scales. So if you want more ideas on what to build next, then this resource I put together with Housebot is exactly what you need. It's called the AI toolkit I use every week. I made this because most of us are either juggling too many tools with no real system or start using one tool for everything. It covers my favorite use cases across popular AI tools like Cloth, Chachubity, Gemini and Puppluxity. Based on my personal experience working with these tools and when I use one tool over the other. For Cloth you see how I use it for things like strategy, brainstorming, data visualization, content repurposing. And honestly any of these could become the next scale you build in your own setup. You can use them as a starting point, then a dive for your own marketing ease. So grab me for free in the description. Thank you Housebot for partnering me on this resource and for sponsoring this video. Alright so that was one way to create a scale using brand templates and references. Now this time we're going to create a scale that connects to an external MCP tool for email generation. We're going to create our social creative design scale. So first, setup your creative style library. On that the templates folder create a software called social creatives. And then include all those on branded templates. So these serve as visual inspiration, for Cloth and not the exact copy. Then we also have the style guy so Cloth knows what style are available and when to use them. Now since this scale is used in nano banana model to general images so we also need to set up the MCP connection first. The most reliable way I found in this code is to create a dot MCP dot Jason file in your project root folder. So simply, these file tells Cloth which external tools it can connect to for this project. And we were at the nano banana MCP server with the Gemina API key. I will also include the GitHub repository link below so you can check it out. Then we start VS Code type slash command MCP. So you should see all your connect MCP servers for this project. So now we're ready to create a second scale. So this scale we design and create Carousel or single social creative using the nano banana model. So now it's scanning the style library we just create and then pretty quickly we have our second scale created in the same scale folder. So now whenever we need some social creatives we can just give it a simple problem like this and let it generate. So like in this case it is a five slide in the gram carousel and they are really nicely done. So following one of the style from the library and not just copying the design but just divide. And that is why setting up references matters so much for the scale output quality. So using Stimum Methods we have create 12 marking scales in our scale library. But the more scales you pipe into one conversation the less focus Cloth become. Just like one person trying to be your writer, analyst and designer all at once. And that is when you need dedicated agents or what the official car the sub agents. So agents are specialized to team members with their own rules and tools and then scale are the share playbook your agents can use. So last build our first agent are data analysts. This is the great one to start with because it thinks completely different from the content scales we just built. So to create our first cousin agent we have to use the build and agent came out inside the Cloth code terminal. So first type slash agents and then click continue in terminal. So where it will bring up the terminal view. So here click create new agents then click for this project only and let call to generate the agent MD file for you. And then tells it about what you want this agent to do. So in this case we want to create an agent called Data Analyst and once scale it should use and then pick the tools that default model, color and agent memory location. And then immediately we create a first agent for this project. And what it really does is you can see there is a new agent's folder. And on the leaf we see there is a data analyst agent marked on file and there is a file defining the agent's role, a scale and a core responsibility. Now let's say we have this campaign data set for this project. So it contains a different types of data sets. Now to use this agent we can just use the Act tack and call this agent and ask it to create the campaign report and the performance dashboard that is ready to present. So this agent will call the campaign report and data visualization scale. So for the campaign report it looks quite comprehensive. We've all the channel performance breakdown summary and the nonsense synthesized that from all those data set. As for the data dashboard summarizing the top line metrics with key takeaways, charts and diagrams that visualize the run channel performance, weaken weak revenue trend and everything is interactive where you can hover or select. So basically you can see this as an on-branded template and let call it to update these tracker whenever there's a new campaign data and this will be an other huge time server. So our data analyst agents thinks in numbers, charts and patterns. Now let's build an other agent for content creation. That thinks in stories and headlines. Again use this Lush Camel agents to trigger the terminal view and use this prompt to create these content creator agent. And so this agent we produce marketing content across multiple formats and equip with the four content creation scale which just created. And immediately we create this second agent. Now we can just tag this content creator agent in a chat all day for a relevant task. So in this case we want a blog post for an upcoming campaign that we also link to a leaked manner. So clot now that I gave the task to this agent which it would call the blog where the skills for the block creations that used the keyword research tool. And then also use the leaked manner skills to generate the PDF guidebook. So the blog post is following the structure we divine with the table of content, bullet points and structure that is optimized for a search. And here it even added the link to our leaked manner resource guide. So these resource guide content 11 pages decided in a brand color term. So the design is intentionally simple to keep the focus on a content value. But you can always trick the skills for your needs. So you can see how powerful clock can be to create all kinds of marketing content that you need for your campaign. So using Stimum methods we can build three more agents. The market researcher created the designer and it can ping stradges. And each of them equate with the own set of skills we created earlier. But before running the AI marketing team an important step is to update the clot.md files at agent routing rules. So clot knows explicitly when to dedicate to this agent. And it will make your system much more reliable. All right this is exciting time. As we're going to give our marketing team a complex style and see how they can work together on his own. So for example we are launching a new Japan Cherry Blossom season campaign. And we need a full marketing package from research, campaign brief, social pose, all the landing page and ad creatives. Since this is a complex task so you can see clot will design which step it needs the agents versus using skill only. So that is because we have at the rules in a clot.md file. So not every step requires a use of agent like research and campaign that we're criticizing an agent can be beneficial. But for content creation that is really executional and straightforward skill should be enough. So first is a scaling of research tool for market research and it moves on to campaign brief once finished. And then generating images and building the landing page. And after like 10 minutes it got all the deliverables ready. So first we got the market research. This is perfectly done including the target audience we should target and then it also translate to our campaign brief with more executional details like the messaging where it proposed to tagline, Sakura, like a logo. And then the social pose for the campaign with all those trending conversations it have identified. And finally the acrédia. So you can see they're all tied back to the same campaign theme. And particularly I like the last one. Now for the offer landing page it is also quite impressive. So this is done using the landing page bonus skill. Everything is on the brin tone, aligned with the campaign theme, the images, style, all the professional with all important sections and code to action. So even for complex tasks like this, Klaw can keep all the deliverables connected. Now we'll build our first AM market theme. We have seen them work together on complex campaigns. But in real world you also need to work with your real teammates too. So let me show you how to set up a shared taskbot on noxion where anyone in the team can drop a task and your AR agents can pick it up and get it done. So here we have a simple campaign board that tracks all the market tiles for the team. So each tile we have a priority, the tiles title and details. And all pending tiles with the status of to do. And once they are done they will be moved there to the complete status. Now the magic happens when we let the Klaw agents to pick up these tiles. But away, Shal ulted David, a great marketer in my network who actually gave me this idea. So on Klaw we can use this problem to ask it to scan the pending tiles on this notion board and the site and agent to do it. And execute them according to priority. So like this case, it will pick up the Europe campaign launch tiles and then calling the tools to execute the research and design the carousel pose. So you can see Klaw update the tiles to complete status one stump and include all the output file paths. And we can double check other results. So the research has been done successfully as well as the set of carousel pose with a total of 7 slides that are informed by the research findings which is also nice to do. So that means now you can set up these tiles bot, collaborate with a team and let the AR agents to execute it. But we can take it even third up. You can actually talk to an AR team from your phone. So Klaw Klaw now lets you connect your mobile device to your local running session. So you can send tiles to your AR team from the cloud mobile app anywhere, even when you're away from a desk. And if you're familiar with this patch function from Klaw Klaw work, they are essentially the same thing. So for any conversation you want to connect remotely, we have to first activate the remote control. So type the slash command, remote control in a chat and you will see it now says remote control connected and with a remote control link. So this is the link you will open in your mobile phone to chat with your agents. But don't share this link to anyone since it will give the full control of your session. So once you open it, you immediately connect with your local Klaw Klaw session. And now we can communicate with a team remotely. So for example, I can just type check the task bot and it would trigger the skills I have already set up and grab any pen and tiles on noxion and execute it as normal. So basically, everything you send through your phone is immediately saying to your local Klaw Klaw session. So for this case, it has identified the new tiles about building a landing page for a new campaign and get it done. But the limitations for now is you can rely on these one single connect session for any tiles. So if the context become full, you can type clear conversation to clear the context where you can start to check again. And whenever you want to disconnect, just click the three docs here and click on the archive. And all the works are just saved locally, even if you're away. So imagine you might have some urgent tiles you want your AI agent team to execute for you. It can be useful. And it really feels like a 24-70 May that works for you and get the work done. So try to yourself and build your AI agent team. If you find this video helpful, please give my thumbs up. I really appreciate that. I also invite you to join our growth community.
